My fraind has an obsession about maintain the strength of her body . she is doing exercise everyday in the morining , after driking water . she has diet program and limited calories everyday. And she goes to the gym twice a week .
But she has something good , every month she going to the doctor to check her helth . Always she advised us to care our helth . I think the reason for her obsession , she was fat one day . When she became thin , she don't want to return fat again .

I know a lot of people, women especially, that have this obsession. I think sometimes being obsessed with being healthy can be UNhealthy!
